First stable release of Seismos!

This release allows for a maximum of 5 rows and 7 columns (except for the 4th column, which can only handle 4 keys due to the encoder taking up one of the keys). This also allows a total of 40 RGB lights per side, with every 6 lights used for underglow.

Included in the files are also stencils if you are interested in using solder paste, which may speed up making this keyboard.

Attached are the gerber files that should be good to go for JLCPCB. For the case files, I would recommend taking an inspiration from the README provided Onshape document to print. Take a gander at the README for more information. Enjoy!
