ci: Match Compose Release workflow with Flutter branch

Match up the release workflow of the Compose branch with Flutter branch, allowing automation release of the ReVanced Manager (Compose) without intervention as much as possible.

Since CalVer would require a lot of rewriting of the release workflow as the Flutter branch is recommended for SemVer only, the SemVer release should be ported to Compose until we have a functioning CalVer workflow.
