Version 2.9.1.6-WSS

New Features

• 2-tier lobby system to avoid unintentional DDOS
• Emulator will now scan the ROMs directory by the hash value, no more renaming files!
• Show "Waiting to start" and start countdown in Emulator
• Show Race results in Emulator
• Lightning strike now makes the screen black and white
• You can now see the name of the person who fired the item at you.
• You can also see how many items are in the queue to hit you.
• Host can now pick between Classic (No Items) and 89 (Items)
• Older versions of Bizhawk can no longer connect and cause gameplay issues.
• Updated bot logic to allow them to fire the lightning item.

Upgrade Notes

To make sure everyone is on the same version, no patch ZIP file this time, you will need to re-download the entire emulator below

Video Armageddon Setup

1. Download the version of BizHawk for your operating system (example BizHawk-2.9.1.6-wss-win-x64.zip for Windows)
2. Unzip the file anywhere you like. (example c:\desktop\bizhawk)
3. Put the Mario Bros 3 PRG1 Rom in the Reactvts Rom Folder (example c:\desktop\bizhawk\Reactvts\Roms\Mario3.nes)
   Note: You no longer need to rename the file, the emulator will scan the folder automatically.

Do not ask where to find ROMs, I cannot help you

4. On Windows, run Reactvts.bat from the root Bizhawk folder.
   On Linux, open the "reactvts.lua" in the Bizhawk/Reactvts folder using the lua console in Bizhawk.
5. If everything is working correctly, you will get a window prompt that says "Reactvts" and it should have a Name and Room Code Field.
6. Enter your name and the Room Code on the screen to join in.
   (Don't have Reactvts running on a screen? Click here)
7. The games will load automatically as needed. Just follow the on-screen prompts on Reactvts and Browser

2.9.1.5-WSS with Reactvts

Version 2.9.1.5-WSS
-- Fixed issue with retrigger multiple handshakes and adding same player multiple times
-- Disabled log printing for WSS data, causing slow down.

Upgrade Notes

If you have the previous version, "2.9.1.4-WSS with Reactvts" or older, just download
"Reactvts.patch-2.9.1.5.zip"
and extract the content into your Bizhawk folder, no need to download the whole thing again,
if that doesn't work, you might need to re-download it from here.
