Long-horizon multi-agent tasks for DeepSeek Harness — a lead plans a reviewed DAG, durable members execute lazily-spawned at first dispatch, an append-only event log is the single truth, fences make late writers harmless, a resident reconciler survives crashes/restarts, and the V3 board (segments / filters / node cards / inspector) rides the host theme.

Includes fixes for all findings of the first external review (stale-claim settlement, torn-tail log recovery, kick serialization, plan-graph invariants, honest config surface, reproducible client build). 19 offline verification checks.
