• Overhauled the settings panel: grouped into clear sections (General,
  Appearance, Blinking, Smooth movement, Ghost Trail, Effects, Torch spotlight),
  each with a short intro and a description on every control.
• Ghost Trail now defaults to the multicolour Cycle palette mode.
• Renamed the CRT effect to Cursor trail (a fading afterimage of the
  caret as it moves) and made the afterimage more visible.
