subprocessors

This document outlines the subprocessors (also referred to as sub-data processors) engaged by Real AI Sweden ("we," "our," or "us") to process personal data on behalf of our customers. Subprocessors are third-party service providers that have or may have access to personal data to perform specific services on our behalf.

1. Auth0

• Purpose: Provides user authentication and identity management services.
• Data Processed: Login attempts, IP addresses, and metadata associated with user authentication.
• Location: European Union.

2. Microsoft Azure

• Purpose: Hosts our APIs and provides infrastructure services.
• Data Processed: API usage data such as timestamps of API calls, success logs, and row count of returned data.
• Location: Sweden.

Data Protection

We carefully select subprocessors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that their processing of personal data meets GDPR and other applicable legal requirements.

Updates to the Subprocessor List

This list will be updated as necessary to reflect changes in our subprocessors. Customers will be notified of material changes in advance to allow for the opportunity to review or object to the engagement of new subprocessors.
