Terms of Use for REST API

Welcome to Real AI Sweden AB API ("the API"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the API provided by Real AI Sweden AB ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the API, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the API.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the API solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
When using the API, you agree that you will not:
- Use the API in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Access or use the API to create a product or service that competes with ours.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the API.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the API.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the API.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the API or violation of these Terms.
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the API and delete any data retrieved using the API.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the API after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
