• First release published to PyPI: pip install ironcore-cli. No code
  changed from 0.2.2 — this is a plumbing retry. 0.2.2's publish job ran the
  moment its tag landed, which was before the PyPI Trusted Publisher had been
  registered, so the OIDC exchange was rejected and PyPI never received the
  artifact. A PyPI version cannot be re-uploaded once its release run has
  failed in CI, so the retry ships under a new patch number. Everything else
  about 0.2.2 stands, and its GitHub Release keeps its attached wheels.
