Calibre Awards 0.3.0 beta

Highlights:

  • Adds Edgar Awards, Romantic Novel of the Year Awards, and the International Booker Prize.
  • Adds a reviewed bundled Pulitzer Fiction/Novel snapshot for reliable cold starts when live retrieval is blocked.
  • Improves Nobel Literature handling with author-level results, official prize motivations, cited-work annotations, unusual prize statuses, and pagination.
  • Hides Check Awards when no executable award sources are enabled.
  • Supports award results with no category without leaving a dangling separator.
  • Fixes clipped Cancel text in the lookup progress dialog.
  • Fixes Pulitzer Refresh wording so it follows the source key rather than the display label.
  • Fixes 2018 Romantic Novel shortlist parsing when publisher information follows the author with a dash.
  • Cleans up handled HTTP error responses instead of leaving them for Python garbage collection.

Tested with Calibre 9.15.0.
