Hyperrogue Archipelago v0.2.0

Version 0.2 is here!

You can now add extra locations for 10, 25 and 50 treasures in each land. To make up for these, filler items were introduced:
Currently, an adjustable percentage of filler items are replaced by Orbs in your starting inventory.
More Filler items hopefully soon to follow.

Also fixed two logic errors.
