Dairy Core - Beta Release

Realistic Farming - Dairy Core: per-barn dairy management for the ecosystem. Herd health (Standard base-game mode + Ritter per-animal mode), milk quality tiers, time-based spoilage, administrative collection scheduling, feed-source fields with the disease reveal gate, and dairy contracts that settle on the shared Time Guard clock (base-game addMoney pays, TaxMod audits).

Every companion edge is handle-gated and pcall-wrapped, neutral when the mod is absent. Zero Precision Farming. Delegates to StateLedger, NetworkSync and SettingsHub when present.

Pre-release: passed 20 core-math logic tests and Lua 5.1 syntax, but the live cross-mod integrations and base-game husbandry reads have not yet been exercised in-game. Contract volume figures are gated pending the SDK per-cow yield curve. Promote to full after an in-game verification pass.
