The Soil Report is a full-farm overview of every field's nutrient status, accessible at any time during play.
Press K while on foot or in a vehicle.
Each row represents one field:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Field # | Field ID from the map |
| N / P / K | Nutrient level, color-coded by status |
| pH | Current pH, color-coded |
| OM | Organic matter percentage |
| Last Crop | Most recently harvested crop on this field |
| Weed / Pest / Disease | Pressure scores (0–100) — shown when respective settings are on |
| Recommendation | What this field needs most urgently |
Color coding:
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Good — no action needed |
| Yellow/Orange | Fair — consider treating before next crop |
| Red | Poor — action needed |
The recommendation is generated automatically from each field's current deficits:
- Needs: N (Poor) → apply nitrogen-heavy fertilizer (liquid fertilizer, UAN, anhydrous)
- Needs: P (Poor) → apply phosphorus source (MAP, DAP, liquid fertilizer)
- Needs: K (Poor) → apply potassium source (potash, slurry, digestate)
- Adjust pH (Poor) → apply lime or liquid lime
- Increase OM (Poor) → apply manure, compost, or chop straw
- Weed pressure high → apply herbicide
- Pest pressure high → apply insecticide
- Disease pressure high → apply fungicide
- Soil Health: Optimal → all nutrients and pressure scores in good range
The report shows 10 fields per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate. The page indicator shows Fields X–Y of Z | Page A of B.
