Breaking SPEC bump across go/ts/java. Tally-Helper on 0.4.0; coordination not required (accepted break).

  • Path rename /realms/{id}/api-keys|config|roles → /platforms/{id}/... (ADR-044) in all three language clients.
  • TenantConfig: open_signup removed, signup_mode enum added (ADR-045). Java keeps the Map<String,Object> config shape; callers send signup_mode directly.
  • Versions: TS @realmid/sdk 0.5.0; Go Version const 0.5.0; Java dev.realmid:sdk 0.5.0.
