Summary
Post-restructuring queue triage. Session #103 moved docs/ -> .recursive/, scripts/ -> Recursive/engine/, and nightshift/*.py -> subdirectories. Many task descriptions referenced deleted paths, making them unactionable for the builder.
Queue: 73 pending -> 65 pending (net -8)
