This repository and its associated release binaries contain proprietary software developed for the exclusive use of Red Fort Ops Limited employees and authorized contractors. Unauthorized copying, decompilation, reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification of any part of this application is strictly prohibited by law.

- Download the Setup File:
Navigate to the Releases page of this repository and download the latest installer (e.g.,
Red_Fort_Ops_2.0.0_x64-setup.exeor.msi). - Run the Installer: Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installation wizard.
- Handling Windows Defender SmartScreen: Because this is an internally distributed enterprise application lacking a commercial EV code-signing certificate, Windows Defender SmartScreen may display a "Windows protected your PC" or "Unknown Publisher" warning.
- Click the More info link.
- Click the Run anyway button to complete the installation.
- Launch the Workspace: Once installed, open Red Fort Ops from your Windows Start Menu or Desktop shortcut.
- Download the APK:
Navigate to the Releases page from your mobile browser and download
Red.Fort.Ops_1.0.0_android.apk. - Open the Package: Tap the downloaded APK file in your notification panel or file manager to start the installation.
- Handling Installation Security Warnings: Since this is an internal enterprise application distributed outside the Google Play Store, your device or Google Play Protect may display a blocking prompt or security warning.
- Tap on More details (or More info).
- Tap on Install anyway (or Anyway) to proceed with the setup.
Upon authentication, the desktop application docks itself directly above your Windows taskbar as a lightweight, floating 280px timer widget. It remains locked on top of other windows to ensure seamless session monitoring.
- Clock In / Resume: Starts or resumes your live PKT server timer.
- Pause (Break): Temporarily pauses your session (e.g., during lunch or step-aways).
- End Session: Closes your daily log and marks your profile offline.
Clicking the red brand icon on the floating widget expands the full portal window. Here you can access:
- Project Board: Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Team Chat: Participate in group discussions or send direct messages to colleagues.
- Notice Board: Read official company announcements and policy updates.
- My Timesheet: Review your aggregated daily and monthly working hours.
Tip: Clicking the Close (X) button on the portal window simply minimizes it back into your taskbar widget without ending your active work session.
Incoming direct messages and critical team alerts will natively trigger system toast notifications on Windows platform. Tapping or clicking any notification will automatically open the active chat cabin.
External agencies, banks, or clients verifying employee offer letters and official documentation do not need to install this software.

- Requirement: The unique 12-character Verification Hash printed at the bottom of the official document.
If you experience network disconnection overlays, login freezes, or installation errors:
- Ensure your local internet connection is active and not restricted by a firewall blocking Firebase Cloud services.
- If the UI freezes, right-click the desktop taskbar icon or use the widget settings menu to restart the application.
