Bug-fix release.

• net install of v1.7.0 failed: uhtred.pkg listed uhtred/uhtred_user.sthlp, which is not in the repository. It no longer does.
• A leftover debugging message ("here") printed after every fit is removed.

The estimation code and luhtred.mlib are unchanged from v1.7.0.

Install:

net install uhtred, from("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RedDoorAnalytics/uhtred/v1.7.1/") replace

Anyone who installed from the v1.7.0 tag URL should reinstall from this one; ado update will see this version.
