This option enables Message Signaled Interrupts (MSI) mode for the AMD GPU audio driver (HDAUDBUS.SYS).
Preview from the tool:
MSI is a more efficient way for devices to send interrupts to the CPU compared to the older line-based method. This can reduce latency and improve stability in some scenarios (especially with high refresh rate monitors or when using audio + gaming).
Microsoft Docs - Message Signaled Interrupts
- Open MPO-GPU-FIX
- Go to the BSOD FIX / AUDIO section
- Select the proper PCI Device (use INFO button as guide to verify if proper PCI Device is selected)
- Toggle it ON
- Reboot for changes to take effect
- Most modern AMD GPUs (RX 5000 series and newer recommended)
- Works best on Windows 10/11
- Only use if you are experiencing audio-related stuttering or high DPC latency
- Revert to default if you notice any audio issues after enabling
Note: This is considered an advanced tweak. Most users won't need it.
