caix 0.2.13-beta

This beta ships the Gemma-4 E4B multimodal PLE per-layer-embedding pad-mask fix and the full-context split-cache multimodal serving path.

Highlights:

  • Fixes Gemma-4 E4B multimodal image conditioning through PAD-masked transformer-side PLE input IDs.
  • Adds full-context split-cache staged runtime support for multimodal serving.
  • Keeps monolithic local serving deterministic by default with the prefill policy mitigation.
  • Adds release/publication guardrails and staged parity evidence gates.
