• Fixed inconsistent Mac/Windows dashboard entry behavior: the Windows smart launcher now tests the Mac LAN IP first, then tries the optional system-sync.local alias.
• Windows fallback URLs no longer switch to the alias just because hosts was written, preventing alias-resolution failures from blocking the dashboard.
• Added LaunchAgent bootstrap retries to the Mac installer to avoid occasional half-updated service refreshes.
• The dashboard now reports the current version from the service's built-in APP_VERSION, so stale config.json values no longer override the running code version.
• Updated README and deployment/architecture/event-flow docs to clarify that Mac local access uses 127.0.0.1, while Windows and other devices should prefer the Mac LAN IP.
