• 新增 windows/setup.ps1：让同步到 Windows 的工具包本身也能直接一键安装，不需要复制整个 repo。

• Added the macOS top-level one-click setup entry setup.sh: initializes config, installs/refreshes the background service, refreshes the Dock graphical launcher, generates the Windows pairing package, and copies it to _tools/SystemSyncWindows when sync_root exists.
• Added the Windows top-level one-click setup entry setup.ps1: locates the pairing config, requests administrator permission when needed, installs the companion, and opens the graphical dashboard.
• Added windows/setup.ps1 so the synced Windows package can install itself without copying the whole repo.
• generate_windows_config.py now fills a missing mac_ip from the detected Mac LAN IP.
• The Mac installer now hides transient launchctl bootstrap retry errors and only prints them if all retries fail.
• Updated README, Clone Setup, Deployment, and Architecture bilingual docs with the automated clone flow and OS-specific one-click graphical entries.
