Add complete documentation for the Automated Threat Hunting project, including introduction and all six phases: Wazuh setup, Suricata integration, MISP deployment, Wazuh–MISP automation, SOAR setup with TheHive and Cortex, and behavioural rule testing. Also added category file for proper sidebar structure.
