v0.6.0 — MCP detection and honest-scan hardening

First release carrying community contributions. Model Context Protocol work is now detected across six ecosystems (TypeScript, Python, Rust, Java, Go, C#), and Tier 2 detection no longer false-claims skills from code comments.
