Added

• Shell completion for flag values: output formats, sort order, cost modes, pricing tiers, weekdays, comma-separated --sections, statusline options, --token-limit max, directory flags, and JSON --config files.

Fixed

• ccusage_go completion <shell> scripts now register for the installed ccusage_go binary instead of ccusage; help output uses the same name.
