Add a bilingual "Comparison with error-handling libraries" page positioning DiagnosableExceptions against ErrorOr and FluentResults. It frames the library around a different centre of gravity (the error as the model, with three transports: data / exception / Outcome), and highlights its differentiators — meaningful error model, investigation-oriented diagnostics, documentation generated from code, optional fluent pipeline, and an architecture/operations-aware taxonomy. Linked from both documentation indexes (README.md and doc/README.fr.md).
