ADR-0025 ("Generate matching strings from a home-grown regular subset")
records the decision behind Any.StringMatching. It was drafted and its
feature shipped the same day, 2026-07-18 (ADR draft ce4d677, feature
0ec48b0), and has been in force ever since — the status field was simply
never flipped from Proposed. The Date stays 2026-07-18, the day the decision
took effect.
