Managing Sites
In Content, choose a discovered content type and apply search, status and date filters. Saved work views saves the applied filters under a name; using the same name replaces that view. Views are private to your hub account and site, survive reopening and credential repair, and can be removed without touching remote content. The date filter uses the site's week start and timezone, not the hub's.
Draft saves are explicit. Publishing, scheduling, or changing an already published/scheduled item opens Review before saving. Verify the destination, time and before/after changes; Keep editing preserves your source. Confirm and save rechecks WordPress for conflicting edits. A changed field or expired review requires another review. Long source comparisons are shortened with an explicit notice; inspect the full editor source before confirming.
For an existing item with revision support, open Revision history, choose Compare revision, then Use this revision. That loads supported title/content/excerpt fields into the editor only. Status, slug and date stay unchanged. Save explicitly when ready; this does not restore an entire site or replace backups. Opening history while you have unsaved typing asks whether to discard it first.
REST-enabled custom content types appear only when the connected account can edit them and they expose title/editor support. Fleet checks custom controllers' writable schema before use. Internal design types, attachments, non-viewable types, unsupported controllers, and private fields are not made editable by discovery.
Sites shows cached status and opens named windows. Inbox combines editorial/moderation work and health findings. Search reads the encrypted incremental index. Workspaces groups exact client names and opens up to eight sites. Activity records outcomes. Support generates a redacted local report.
Each site window keeps its own title, tabs, filters, editor, and connection. Changing one does not retarget another or edit the hub's content.
In Content, choose Posts or Pages, search/filter, and use Previous/Next. Select a native table row to edit or start a draft.
The editor handles HTML and serialized WordPress block markup, not visual blocks. Save explicitly to WordPress. Schedule with a future UTC timestamp such as 2026-12-31T14:30:00.
A detected stale save keeps your submitted edits. Copy them, reopen WordPress's current version, and reconcile. There is no automatic merge or remote lock. After uncertain creation, search for the item before creating another.
Trash requires confirmation. To restore, filter Trash, open the item, select Draft or another valid status, and save. Keep independent backups.
Media edits existing metadata; Comments moderates; Plugins installs and changes activation; Users and Settings expose supported Core fields. Design reads block-theme resources. Explorer provides advanced JSON access to other advertised APIs.
Agency notes and client organization stay on the hub. Use Window actions → Repair connection for revoked credentials and Disconnect site for removal. See Scope.
