Added strict runtime requirement declarations and changed-bundle SemVer
enforcement so catalog apps can ship independently without silent downgrade
or same-version replacement mistakes.
Added arbitrary-slug installation coverage and all-app desktop/mobile catalog
smoke tests to the required release workflows.
Added trusted install provenance for the limited app capabilities that may be
used by subscribers.
Changed
Catalog compatibility, update availability, and prerelease precedence are now
decided by the server and shared consistently with every Shop response.
The frozen offline shelf and approved stable catalog now contain ODD Notes,
ODD Pantry, and ODD Workbench.
New catalog app launchers hydrate into OpenStation's unified desktop in the
same session in which the app is installed.
Fixed
Prevented direct uploads, unsigned fixtures, forged provenance, and private
mirrors from granting subscriber-readable app capabilities.
Preserved existing native ODD Notes access through a one-time, locked,
pre-upgrade migration without promoting later lookalike uploads.
Kept ODD Shop and catalog app windows inside OpenStation's dock-safe visible
workspace across saved layouts, desktop resizing, and mobile reopen.
Made SemVer requirement and update comparisons strict and overflow-safe,
including prerelease identifiers and arbitrarily large numeric components.
