• Setup waits for Omarchy’s asynchronous plugin catalog instead of racing the initial disabled checkout.
• Rerunning the same command recovers a validated checkout left by the earlier broken handoff.
• The release gate now executes the literal hosted command in a real pseudo-terminal.

Verified in Test Lab run txs28gx27l against public commit f92abd3: the hosted installer activated the matching theme, update kept plugin and theme aligned, removal restored the prior desktop, and all 45 runtime frames passed review.

The exact public commit 318e4d7 passed release run 0sfd7tsbll in a disposable x86_64 Omarchy guest using Omarchy commit 2c593dbb. The gate covered the public Git install, activation, reduced motion, update alignment, removal, rollback, preserved user data, controller-death containment, and 45 visually reviewed runtime frames.

The local release gate also passed 64 desktop Python tests, 69 dock and Window Ledger tests, 10 Inspector tests, 9 overview and workspace tests, strict native-theme validation and rendering, all 32 icon roles, all 36 fresh-install app associations, and the production installer Worker suite.
