Patch release.
The javascript end-to-end case `a_package_root_resolves_through_package_json`
had been listed as a known defect since it was written. The case's own text said
`require('..')` from `javascript/src` should land on the package root, while the
fixture wrote `require('../javascript')`. They had disagreed since the commit
that introduced them, so what the suite was actually checking was a specifier
that resolves to a directory no project has. The resolver was right in both
directions; the fixture was wrong, so the fixture changed. 44/44 local imports
now resolve and no module lists a known defect.
Also in this release:
- `[symbols] detail` never reached the CLI. It was emitted as `--detail <value>`
against a valueless boolean flag, so every value was rejected by clap. Found by
checking the documentation against the CLI rather than the other way round.
- The e2e graph cases run in CI for the first time, along with checks that every
documented flag exists and that every documentation link is a claim the tree
can keep. Pyright's include list had been a fixed nine files, so every script
added since was silently unchecked.
- `publish.yml` published three of sixteen crates and was already broken for the
third. It now publishes all sixteen in the order the manifests say, and it
rides out the crates.io rate limit rather than stopping at the first refusal.
