Slapper 1.6.2

  • Ported the plugin metadata and runtime contracts to PocketMine-MP API 5.
  • Preserved the Slapper commands, permissions, entity names and addon-facing event contracts.
  • Added verified DevTools packaging and Axolotl-PM startup/command-registration evidence.
  • Updated the README with installation, permissions, build/test and compatibility guidance.

This release preserves upstream attribution and is maintained by ReinfyTeam.
