  • Adds reproducible Composer metadata and a PHPStan maximum-level configuration.
  • Adds weekly ReinfyTeam Composer Dependabot maintenance.
  • Keeps the API 5 plugin metadata, commands, permissions and addon-facing contracts unchanged.
  • Includes the verified DevTools PHAR build and Axolotl-PM startup verification.
