v1.0.0: test: number the tests with three digits and the teardowns 999

The local suite reached 99, past which a test sorts before the ones
of two digits, as the tests run in the order of their names. Number
the tests of every suite with three digits, and its final teardown
999, for a new test to take the next number without renaming the
teardown each time.
