  • react-dom/no-unsafe-target-blank: added an allowReferrer option (default: false). When enabled, rel="noopener" alone is accepted and the suggested fix adds rel="noopener" instead of rel="noreferrer noopener", preserving referrer information while still requiring an explicit token.
