Error loading the mod with java error 21

Describe the bug
When running this mod, Fabric loader complains about java version 21 when the download error says:
Mod 'Concurrent Chunk Management Engine (Optimizations/Natives Math)' (c2me-opts-natives-math) 0.3.0+alpha.0.212+1.21.1
requires version 22 or later of 'Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM' (java), but only the wrong version is present: 21!
So how can it be?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. installing java version 21 and this mod with the error of any other mod, because otherwise the game starts
2. See error

Expected behavior
Running the game without errors in the loader
