Collection safety and recovery

OA Curator now detects artwork records found on disk but missing from the collection and offers to import them or leave them untouched. It also prevents new artwork from overwriting an existing record with the same ID, makes collection-data saves safer against interruption, and preserves diagnostic history between sessions.
