fix(codex): drop streaming text/reasoning deltas — stops one-token-per-line 'thought' activity spam from codex sessions on the platform session/topology views. Mirrors the Claude provider's stream_event drop; full message text still flows via item/completed. No wire-protocol change. (#112)
