What changed

Reconciles the already-live OpenZero Tab Pilot Chrome Web Store promotion into the public repository:

• makes the published Store listing the recommended interactive install route
• retains managed, offline, signed CRX and verified ZIP routes
• updates the homepage, Tab Pilot page, extension documentation and runtime template
• adds a contract test that prevents the repository from reverting to pre-publication copy

Why

The live OpenZero site already promotes the published Store listing, but GitHub main still said publication was pending. This makes source, documentation and live behavior consistent.
