Replace the old Shizuku repository and manager flow with gateways. Add separate use cases for permission auth and UserService activation. Route shell and plugin execution through the new Shizuku UserService gateway. Update the Shizuku ADB screen to use the clearer two-step flow.
Move overall status polling from domain status use cases into application status. Use root, Shizuku, and SELinux checks to resolve the hoster overall status. Update the home screen ViewModel to depend on the application use case.
