v3.2.0 — dt dm is back 🔧

Fixed

dt dm social media downloads work again. Live progress bar (speed/ETA), real error messages instead of silent failures, and auto-repair: stale yt-dlp updates itself, missing impersonation support (curl_cffi) gets installed, login errors offer browser cookies.
No more hard failures when ffmpeg is missing — HD merging and MP3 extraction still use it when available; otherwise downloads degrade gracefully.
Quality presets no longer die with Requested format is not available on direct video URLs.
yt-dlp is now found even when it's pip-installed but not on PATH.

dt dm <url> --cookies-from-browser chrome — download from Instagram/Facebook (also prompted automatically)
dt dm <url> --update — refresh yt-dlp before downloading (fixes most site-breakage)
--type video|audio|image, --quality 2160|1080|720|480|360|best, --filename — skip the prompts
