docs: rebrand Code Command Center to CuttleCode

The public release repo was renamed RestartLabs-ai/CodeCommandCenter ->
RestartLabs-ai/CuttleCode. Update the product name and releases URL.

Installer asset filenames are CuttleCode-<version>-* (electron-builder
derives them from the productName), so the download table lists those.
