RExpBottle

Basic plugin that supports the following commands:

1. /rbottle <amount> [number of bottles] - Creates [number of bottles] of <amount> of exp
2. /rbottle all - Creates a single bottle with all your exp

Supports permission rbottle.use

This plugin is tested to work with paper 1.21.1
