First public release of Console Mode.

New install

1. Copy Install_Console_Mode.sh into /media/fat/Scripts/ on your SD card.
2. Download linux.img and zImage_dtb from Supplementary Files and copy both of them to /media/fat/linux
3. On the MiSTer, open the Scripts menu and run "Install Console Mode". It installs everything and reboots into Console Mode.

Updating

If you are already running Console Mode, you can use Update in the Settings menu. It will pull these files if your files are outdated.

Highlights

• Redesigned CD player: track list with scrolling, seek bar, and pause.
• Menu OK and Menu Back are now mappable, and the mapper shows the exact button/key you pressed.
• Volume fix plus a mute toggle.
• Keyboard remapping.
