v0.3 - Better MD side demo

0.3 - Now we're getting somewhere

This contains the MD ROM. It will do nothing on a regular MegaDrive, but should write to the VGA and PC Speaker on a TeraDrive.

Running

PC Side

• Copy hello.exe and test.vgm to a bootable DOS floppy disk.
• Set TeraDrive mode switch to PC. Insert floppy and power on.
• Run hello.exe

MD Side

• Copy hello_md.bin to a flash cart (EverDrive MD, Mega EverDrive, etc)
• Set TeraDrive mode switch to MD. Insert flash cart and power on.
• Run hello_md.bin
• Press B or C (and wait for your screen/capture card to catch up!), see what happens! Then try the other!
