I've done what I set out to achieve!

Two demos for one system. One for 68000, one for 286. Both crossing the boundaries into each other's domains.

To run PC demo:

Unzip all files to a floppy/CF card/storage+transfer method of choice.
Remove any MD cartridge. Boot TeraDrive in PC mode, go to DOS.
Run main.exe
Controls: Gamepad = U/D scroll, A/B toggle between VDP/VGA. Keyboard = space toggles video, escape quits.
After quitting, MD seems to be in a state where the TD will hang if you try to activate MD resources again. Needs a power cycle.
If you're using a PicoMem, XT-IDE, or other such device, make sure your option ROM is located at segment D000. Otherwise MD mode sometimes fails to activate and the PC hangs.
Bugs:
- Has some minor PC-side display related bugs, as mentioned in README.md

To run MD demo:

Unzip rom.bin to your flash cart/SD card/whatever.
Insert cartridge, boot TeraDrive in MD mode.
Select and start rom.bin
Controls: U/D toggle video, A/B/C toggles video modes on VGA.
Bugs:
- Minor colour glitches on VGA when in graphics mode and TeraDrive back switch is in "Video" mode. Otherwise pretty swish I think.
