Added two new commands to finetune Strata & Level, incase FSRT draws over something else you don't want, or if the Strata/level is still too low:

/fsr strata <BACKGROUND|LOW|MEDIUM|HIGH|DIALOG|FULLSCREEN|FULLSCREEN_DIALOG|TOOLTIP>
/fsr level <0-20000>
