RetroUpgrades - Hi3DGen -1 Click installer V0.3

same as the v0.2 but i added triton to the auto installer so it runs a bit faster and more memory efficient .

also fixed some minor bugs in my installer code
fixed update.bat so it doesn't download everything again after update .
