Selects an isotonic-calibrated XGBoost 3.4.1 CUDA model from a pre-specified M0–M3 ladder.
Reports a 17.0M-session controlled semi-synthetic whole-page randomized experiment with A/A, power, trust, clustered inference, guardrails, HTE, policy OPE, delayed oracle, and temporal checks.
Preserves the negative policy result: safe P6 underperformed the strongest safe static baseline by 3.93%, supporting ITERATE.
Publishes compact, hash-linked aggregate evidence and scientific-governance history.
Does not redistribute KDD data, row-level experiment outcomes, databases, or model binaries.
