Nextless v0.3.1

What changed in 0.3.1 (bug-fix release, no new configuration surface)

In the add-on binary — these need the package update, the installer script cannot deliver them:

• The startup sweep no longer deletes another session's in-flight recording. $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/nextless is one fixed path shared by every process of your user, and it was being swept unconditionally; a restart race or two desktop sessions could lose a sentence mid-utterance. Ownership now comes from the pid in the file name (nextless_cap_<pid>_<n>.wav).
• The local punctuator gives up for the session after three consecutive failures, like DeepFilterNet already did. A broken or quarantined sherpa-onnx-offline-punctuation used to cost every single utterance the full timeout (0.2 s healthy vs 5 s broken) with nothing visible in the panel.

In the tooling:

• install-deb.sh refuses to install a .deb it cannot verify (unreachable sha256sums.txt, or this asset not listed in it). Continuing now takes an explicit --allow-unverified. Note the checksums ship on the same Release as the deb, so this is trust-on-first-use: it catches corruption and a sloppy re-publish, not a compromised release.
• nextless-get-models verifies every archive against a pinned sha256 before extracting, requires the punctuation binary when --punctuation is asked, and no longer downloads ~1.8 GB of both models when nobody is at the keyboard — with no terminal it asks for --backend instead of choosing for you.
• debian/control is now the single source of build dependencies (it was missing three fcitx5 packages); CI and the release build resolve them from control instead of a hand-typed list, so the metadata is actually exercised.

Install / update:

Then nextless-get-models --zipformer --punctuation (skip if already installed — it verifies what it downloads) and fcitx5 -r -d. Models are deliberately not in the .deb.

Checksums: sha256sums.txt next to the asset, or just run the installer — it checks before installing.
