Shopify Upgrade Guard v0.2.1

Hotfix release for the public npm package.

  • Preserves the v0.2.0 scanner, rule IDs, exit codes, severity behavior, CLI, and GitHub Action.
  • Keeps runtime package dependencies empty so fresh npm installs remain reliable.
  • Adds release-time package metadata validation and a fresh public-registry install gate.
  • Publishes with npm provenance through GitHub Actions Trusted Publishing.

Verified locally and in CI with 27 tests, coverage thresholds, lint, deterministic Action bundling, audit, local package smoke tests, and a public npm install/scan smoke test.
