Fixes

• Background checks that find no changes are now fully silent: no data.json write, no dashboard flicker, no "No changes" activity spam. Manual Sync now still reports Up to date.
• Last successful sync now means the last time real changes were carried over, instead of advancing on every empty check.

• 后台例行检查无变化时完全静默：不再写 data.json、不再引起界面闪烁、不再刷「无变化」活动记录；手动「立即同步」仍会显示 Up to date。
• 「最近成功同步」现在只统计真正同步了变更的时间，不再被空检查刷新。
